Running and mindfulness

This group blends gentle movement with mental wellness practices to support emotional regulation, stress relief, and connection.
Each session includes:
- Group running or walk/run options
- Mental wellness reflections
- Opportunities for connection and community
- Mind-body awareness practices
This group is open to all experience levels and prioritizes a supportive, non-competitive environment.
Women Empowerment

Our mindfulness group offers guided practices designed to help participants reconnect with the present moment and regulate the nervous system.
Sessions may include:
- Guided meditation
- Breathing exercises
- Grounding practices
- Stress reduction techniques
- Reflective discussion
Participants will learn practical tools they can incorporate into daily life to support emotional balance and well-being.
Clinical Supervision
Urban Summit Collective offers clinical supervision for new and emerging therapists seeking to deepen their skills in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Our supervision space is collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented, supporting clinicians as they develop confidence, ethical practice, and clinical insight. Supervisees gain guidance in trauma-informed treatment approaches, cultural humility, case conceptualization, and building a therapeutic presence that centers safety, empowerment, and authenticity for diverse client populations.
Consultation for Therapists
Urban Summit Collective provides professional consultation for therapists seeking specialized guidance in working with complex trauma and evidence-based treatment approaches. Consultation is available for clinicians looking to strengthen their clinical skills in:
- EMDR therapy
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approaches
- Childhood trauma and attachment wounds
- Complex and developmental trauma
- Culturally responsive and bilingual therapy
